It seems entirely proper that, in addition to the mention of the young ladies in the following pages, brief allusion should be made to their husbands, solely for the purpose of giving to them the credit of their success in selecting partners for the journey of life. With barely an exception all have been fortunate, and their husbands have been successful in business and many have risen to positions of honor and trust.
